Why I chose masonry?  For me, it goes back to 1994 when I started working as a laborer for a reputable masonry company.  It was there that my passion for masonry was ignited.  For me, it was always about the artistry, the craftsmanship, and the quality of the final product.    

Years later, after acquiring and refining my specialized mason skills, I started working on high-end commercial work. I have been a lead on crews, responsible for teams that built museums, stadiums, firehouses, hotels, hospitals, custom homes, churches, etc.  I led and managed crews while ensuring safety and productivity for timely completion and smooth project execution. 

Now with over 31 years of experience, I wake up every day in the beautiful mountains of Colorado excited to work on the next project. I own and operate Mike’s Mountain Masonry delivering high quality work, meticulous artistry and outstanding center pieces in private residences, restaurants and other commercial properties. I am always personally on the job bringing my many years of experience, craftsmanship, and skill directly to my clients.
